1.

What do I need to wear?

Long leggings, a sports bra or top along with a tighter fitting layer. A long sleeved top can be useful for some moves. Socks and warm layers for the cool down section of the class are a good idea too.

2.

What should I not wear?

Jewellery (including rings), socks during the main session, anything that could get caught or wrapped around the equipment and potentially cause an accident or injury. For this reason it is also good to have hair tied-up if possible.

3.

What happens if I need to cancel a session I have booked?

If you cancel a session giving more than 24 hours advance notice, you can simply rebook for another session/week. If you cancel giving less than 24 hours notice then the class you are cancelling will still need to be paid for.
